Approval of Minutes

Presenter: Cochran

·         There was a motion and a second to approve the minutes February 8th. There was a name change for the presenter of the approval of minutes, the name should be Cochran. Approved with change to presenters name.

ISP Standards

Presenter: Briare

·         2nd Reading.

·         Grading ISP – there was a lot of discussion about when and how you would assign a grade. There was a suggestion that the wording in this ISP needs to be a little more definitive. The word insufficient isn’t very clear. There needs to be more done at ISP before it comes back here. The suggestion that “Y” means that the student never attended.

·         Courses that can be Repeated for Degree Completion – there were no changes recommended back from College Council. Approved by College Council.

·         Repeat of Courses for GPA Recalculation – there were no changes recommended back from College Council. Approved by College Council.

Budget Update

Presenter: Wilton

·         There will be another Budget update open house on February 28th.

·         There is an email out there for all of the budget ideas that faculty and staff have.

ASG

·         Skills day next Thursday

·         Word off Wednesday still going on

·         Any electronics can be brought in is an e-cycle event in March

·         PTK “All Dog Barbeque” in March

Classified

·         Dean Walch stepped down as classified President and Lizz Rich & Tamara Davis are now Co-President’s for the classified association.

·         Tamara Davis stepped down as Treasurer and Andrea Csavajda is now the Treasurer.

Full-Time Faculty

·         FTF lunch on Tuesday.
